Greg and Anne's (Guests) Pancakes

Step one

  • 1 ¼ cups all purpose flour
  • ¼ cup toasted wheat germ
  • 1 ½ tbls sugar (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 ½ tsps. Baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • Step two
  • cups plain low fat yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup oil
  • 3 tbls. Water (or to desired thickness)

Step three
Mix and pour into step one mixture in together

These generally cook at a slightly lower temperature for slightly longer because they are generally thicker than normal pancakes.
